Apple Newton PDA
Released in 1997, the Messagepad 2000 was a quantum leap in Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) design. Apple had started the ball rolling with the original 20mhz StrongArm powered Newton (which looks staggeringly like a Palm Pilot) in 1993, and this was the 6th incarnation. It quadrupled the memory to 4mb and also had a 162mhz CPU and lovely backlit 480x320 pixel screen. Expansion is provided by 2 type II PCMCIA slots.
This one came from Mr. Dragondata himself, Rich Harding, and has the manuals, CDs and other goodies.
